Where   we   are   now

Mass2Miami Consultant Group LLC was formed to address the growing need for leadership, training, mentoring, and advocacy in hard to reach communities. Serving low and moderate income communities and focusing on families and youth in need of learning workforce skills, entrepreneurship education, community development, and other academic skills kept Mass2Miami developing new programs and modules to address these needs.  Mass2Miami began to broaden it's focus to other social and health educational needs expressed by their clients. Some of our core modules and trainings have expanded into schools and community centers, such as our "Teacher for a Day", "Entrepreneur for a Day", and "Nurse for a Day" programs. 

Now Mass2Miami is working closely with community civic associations, non profit organizations, charter schools, and private schools to provide youth and their families with the opportunities to explore educational success and alternative career pathways. Today, we are expanding our services to include many other training modules and workshops. We have designed our programs to meet the needs of schools and school districts for professional development. We strive to promote and create a connection between the community, municipalities, and businesses.

Through our philanthropic giving we model the importance of giving back to the community. We focus on the sustainability of programs that foster and promote reading, math, STEM, the arts, diversity, and cultural awareness.

Gilberto, President/CEO of Mass2Miami Consultant Group LLC brings vision and innovation to the company. Through his experience in leadership, business, translation/interpreting services, and organizational development, he navigates the ever changing political waters to strengthen Mass2Miami's position as a premier training company internationally.

Wilberto is the Founder of ReWealth Group who brings his expertise and knowledge in the re-distribution of wealth and wisdom to help you achieve your personal and financial goals. Wilberto has facilitated many workshops with added value and new courses along with an updated blog and exclusive insider member-only content through Rewealth Group. ​Michael Grant, CEO & Founder of Give Music Inc combines decades of experience working with youth and managing/supporting different aspects of music production including, most recently, serving as the Senior Production Manager for MGM Springfield. A lifelong resident of Springfield, a parent, and a grandparent, he has strong relationships with several important stakeholder communities, including the arts and culture industry, faith organizations, business leaders, and higher-education institutions.

Dr. Davis possesses years specializing in the education and service required for Exceptional Student Education. She has over 20 years in the public school system. She prides herself on the commitment and passion she has for advocating for services for students, parents, and families. 

Luis Miguel Ramirez brings years of experience in the Latin America sales and management. Through the years he has managed his own company in Cali, Colombia showing a positive return even through the difficult economic instability and during COVID. Miguel is a great asset to the team with his commercial management skills throughout Latin America and soon to be present with us here in the U.S.

There are so many other specialist that are on the roster as independent consultants/business coaches that bring innovation, creativity, and critical thinking to Mass 2 Miami Consultant Group LLC. This entrepreneurial ecosystem allows for 360 degree approach in collective learning and shared vision. With in the increase in behavioral health issues we also have a team of bilingual/bicultural consultants that are licensed and experienced to provide private therapy, group therapy, and facilitate specialized behavioral focused groups.  Our team has the knowledge of the therapeutic process and curriculum development that allows for Mass2Miami to keep its training modules and workshops sensitive to a plethora of diverse issues.
